The Philippine Women's College of Davao is a private non-stock, non-profit, non sectarian and a co-educational institution.  The campus is situated within the quiet and beautiful 7 hectare school property.

The Philippine Women's College of Davao envisions a graduate who is God-loving, academically competent, civic conscious, environmentally and socially concerned, globally competitive, and committed in the promotion of peace.
 Mission
To Educate - according to the four-fold objective of inculcating good moral character and personality, training for home and family life, preparing for vocation or profession, and developing aptitude for community participation and leadership.

To Contribute - through the research and continuous interaction with the community, to the enhancement of the spiritual, social , and economic life in the country and the world at large.

To Lead - through pioneering in the field of gender education, in the opening of new avenues towards the expansion of knowledge and opportunities, fostering of humanism and understanding, while conserving the wisdom and ideals of the ages and integrating the valuable inheritance of Filipino personhood.
 In the pursuitof the above mission, the PWC aware of its distinct character as training institution for children pioneers, Muslim and ethnic youth and others of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Thus, the following affirmations underlie the school's instructional program.

2. It is non-secretarian institution tolerant and respectful of the religious affiliations of all members of the PWC community.

3. It is a school in Mindanao and, therefore, cognizant of the socio-economic realities of the region and how they shape the life of its people.

4. It is democratic institution practicing an open admission to all its academics levels in the belief that every person is educable.

With competent instructors, effective guidance and adequate facilities commensurate with the educational responsibility that the school has taken upon itself, it seeks to achieve its avowed objectives and fulfill its mission.
